Knowing where and how your food is produced is important, it is important to us also. Born and raised in Minnesota, we can trace every animal we offer for private sale from birth to harvest.
Grass fed and grain finished for marbling, tenderness, flavor and juiciness. . Care for our cattle is very important to us and that care is what produces nutritious beef.
