How do I order my SPIRIT VALLEY Beef?
Reserve your beef share(1/8, 1/4, 1/2 or whole), or your desired mixed pack, with a deposit, paid via the ONLINE STORE

Once your amazing SPIRIT VALLEY Beef has been dry aged for maximum flavor, cut, wrapped and frozen, we will contact you with the final invoice for payment and delivery options.
How much freezer space will I need?
For 1/4 beef share, a small chest freezer would fit your needs (roughly 5 cubic feet).
For 1/2 beef share, you’ll need a bit more freezer space, but typically 10 cubic feet.
For a whole beef share, you guessed it, at least 20 cubic feet.
Where does the carcass get processed and packaged?
We work with a local processor, licensed by the USDA.
