  • If you choose a whole beef, I will email you a cut list from the processor for you to fill out and return to me.

  • A whole beef is approximately 650-800 lbs. You will need freezer space of about 20cu ft.

  • Final cost will be calculated after processing, must be paid in full before delivery.

  • $6.50 per lb. hanging weight. Est final cost $4225.-$5200.00, compared to grocery store prices, this could cost $7150-$8800.

  • Cost includes processing and delivery, this will not be shipped, pickup only

Fill up your freezer and not have to run to the store and pay higher prices for steaks and roasts. If you choose you could have hot dogs, summer sausage or sticks made. These items are at an extra cost.
